Essential preference storage
The browser's localStorage contains a key named `evin_analytics_consent`. It contains only the choice `denied` or `granted` and the consent-mechanism version. It remembers your decision and contains no name, email address, message, inquiry identifier, or advertising identifier.
The record remains until you change or withdraw the choice or clear the site's data in your browser. It is necessary to retain and demonstrate the privacy choice. The hosting provider may also use technical security mechanisms needed to protect its infrastructure; their actual scope must be audited again on the final public address.
The privacy choice stored in localStorage belongs to the website origin. We do not transfer or presume consent between the Polish and Argentine domains. Each origin keeps its own choice.
Language preference
After you select a language manually, we store a first-party `evin_locale` cookie limited to the evinmedia.com.ar host, containing `es` or `en`. It selects the language on subsequent visits to the root address in the same browser session. We do not set a persistent expiry. Browser settings may restore session cookies. Blocking storage does not prevent you from opening the explicit Spanish and English page links. We do not share this cookie between domains. Switching language does not change the website market.
The Polish website at evin.media retains its `pl` and `en` language choices. The Argentine cookie is host-only, with Path=/, SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS, and no Domain attribute.
Market context determined by the host
The website market is determined only by its host, validated by the server against an explicit list of allowed hosts. Market remains separate from language: evin.media offers Polish and English, and evinmedia.com.ar Spanish and English. There is no market selector, cookie or browser-storage record for choosing or remembering a market. The corresponding domain follows the market configuration. Market context does not identify your nationality, residence, or location; geolocation is not used to determine it.
Analytics - optional and currently disabled
The interface lets you record consent for possible future analytics, but the preference alone does not activate a service. Google Analytics 4 remains inactive until it is separately configured and verified. Before activation, this page must be updated with the actual identifiers, provider, purposes, durations, and transfer information.
If analytics is enabled later, it will operate only after “Allow analytics” is selected. Contact-form values, messages, names, email addresses, companies, inquiry identifiers, full URLs, and query parameters must not be sent to analytics.
Changing your choice
You can open the settings from the footer at any time and select “Essential only”, “Allow analytics”, or “Withdraw consent”. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also clear the site's data in your browser settings.
