Internal tools

One place to complete a clear responsibility.

We build internal software around work queues, decisions and ownership. For teams whose workflow has spread across spreadsheets, messages and existing applications.

Handling a request

  1. 01

    Find the case

    A request enters a shared queue with an accountable owner.

  2. 02

    Act with context

    The operator sees relevant information and resolves missing details.

  3. 03

    Close or hand over

    The decision has a recorded reason and the next person knows what to do.

01

Signs of a fit

  • one decision requires searching several sources;
  • ownership and status are difficult to see;
  • important logic lives in an untested spreadsheet;
  • access needs to reflect operational roles;
  • changes or approvals need a traceable history.

The interface belongs to an end-to-end workflow

01

Work queue

Case, owner, priority, reason and next permitted action.

02

Trusted information

A clear source, freshness indicator and behaviour when data is unavailable.

03

Roles and handoffs

Permissions follow responsibilities. States explain who acts next.

05

Delivery and client inputs

We observe real work, roles, workarounds, and exceptions. The critical path is prototyped and reviewed with users before the product grows. We need an operational owner, access to a small user group, data sources, and access rules.

04

Boundaries

Custom software is not the answer when a small configuration change in an existing product solves the problem. We do not begin by reproducing every spreadsheet tab. The first scope centres on the decisions and handoffs that need to become dependable.

Before we talk

Before we start

No. An initial scope can serve one workflow and its essential sources. Migration and retirement of parallel records need their own explicit plan.

Start with what needs to work better.

Share the situation today and the change you need. The technical specification can come later.
