Web applications and MVPs

A first release that completes a useful workflow.

We design and build web applications and MVPs around a focused user journey. We help define what the first release must do and what can be deliberately deferred.

03

A self-service request

  1. 01

    Submit the need

    The user provides the information required for the request.

  2. 02

    Handle the case

    An operator receives it and takes the agreed action.

  3. 03

    Show the outcome

    The user can see status and a next step, including when something fails.

02

A first release with acceptance criteria

01

Product boundary

User, problem, primary scenario and assumptions to evaluate.

02

A complete journey

Interface, information, permissions and failure states for that scenario.

03

A basis for the next decision

Verified behaviour, documentation and a prioritised view of what can follow.

01

Signs of a fit

  • a specific user and problem situation are known;
  • one meaningful risk should be tested before scope expands;
  • standard tools cannot support the essential workflow;
  • the product needs its own logic, integration, or access model.
04

Boundaries

MVP does not mean an arbitrary prototype with no operational foundation. We reduce feature breadth, not basic security, data control, or observability. When the user and problem are still uncertain, research or a disposable prototype may be more useful than production software.

05

Delivery and client inputs

We define the user, critical journey, hypothesis, risk, and evaluation method. A small vertical slice connects interface, logic, and data; later scope follows what is learned. We need a decision-maker, some access to target users, and clear business priorities.

Before we talk

Before we start

The smallest coherent product scope that can test a meaningful assumption through real use. It does not imply a fixed duration, price or guaranteed business result.
