Evin Media · Systems for real work

From a business problem to a scope you can evaluate.

We begin with context. Paid discovery, delivery and ongoing development are separate decisions with explicit boundaries.

01 · Context and fit

We review the work today, the systems involved and the change you need. We identify what must be understood before an implementation decision. A technical specification is not a prerequisite.

02 · Paid discovery

We map the workflow, users, information, exceptions, dependencies and constraints. We assess whether the next step is automation, an integration, an application or a change to the process.

The output is a recommendation with boundaries, assumptions, risks and a proposed next stage. Simplifying the process or configuring an existing product may be the responsible recommendation.

01

A decision record

Problem, useful end state, dependency map and evaluation criteria.

02

A proposed delivery boundary

What should work, what is deferred and what the delivery depends on.

03 · Pilot or implementation

We build the smallest coherent slice with a usable outcome. Acceptance criteria, representative cases and a person accountable for confirming the result are agreed.

Progress is demonstrated through working behaviour and verification. A changed objective or dependency leads to an explicit scope decision.

04 · Launch and handover

We agree the release approach, repository and account access, documentation and operating responsibility. Production actions need the appropriate approvals. Failure handling and rollback form part of the plan.

05 · Optional maintenance and development

The next stage follows observed use and product needs. Support scope, availability and further features are agreed separately.
